Today I laid to rest a compaion who has been with me for over two years. My faithful beta fish was given a burial at sea after being found passed on this past afternoon. My fish has been the lone friend I had to share my room with me. He was a great roommate and never made a peep. Luckily, he was able to live a full, happy life. He survived many car rides between Davis and Morgan Hill without complaint, and seemed to enjoy the light I brought back to warm his water these past few winter months. He passed on in comfort.

My room feels that much emptier without my little scaly friend. He will be sorely missed. :(
